This two-bedroom apartment on the first floor is an excellent place for a comfortable stay in Klaipėda. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It features two separate rooms: one with a double bed and the other with a spacious double sofa bed. There is also a sofa bed for one person in the hallway.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with essential appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, coffee maker, and a table with chairs. You will also have access to fast internet, and the bathroom, which includes a bathtub and separate WC, provides the necessary comfort.

The apartment has two balconies where you can enjoy fresh air. The building has recently been renovated, offering a heating system that allows for individual temperature control, as well as a recuperation system that ensures good air circulation.

It is important to note that bicycles, scooters, and other vehicles are not allowed inside the apartment. They can be stored in the shared corridor, but we do not take responsibility for their safety.

The rental rules are strict: unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted in the apartment, and removing furniture, bedding, and other items is prohibited. If you need beach towels, please inform us in advance. If you stay longer than 7 days, you have the option to change bedding for free.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, ensuring that you can enjoy your time without any concerns about the apartment rules.
