The apartments consist of a spacious bedroom with a wide double bed and a large wardrobe, as well as a living area that is connected to the kitchen and dining area. The bathroom features a shower, washing machine, and hygiene products. The balcony offers views of the surroundings, where you can enjoy fresh air and outdoor furniture.

Amenities include air conditioning, high-speed internet, and a television, so you can feel at home. Additionally, you will find everything needed for daily life: a refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, and all necessary dishes and kitchen tools.

For security, there is a locked entrance to the building, and the neighborhood is private and safe. There is also the option to use a locked storage room in the basement, which must be reserved in advance. A playpen is available for an additional fee.

Prices range from €38 to €95 depending on the season and duration of stay. The minimum stay is two nights, with a five-night advance reservation required during the summer season.
