- The reservation is confirmed by SMS after the guest has made an advance payment, i.e. 50% of the full amount of the order. We will wait for it by bank transfer within 12 hours. We will wait for the remaining payment 7 days before the start of the stay, otherwise the second half of the order becomes open for rent. In case of cancellation of the order, shortening the stay or no-show, your payment will not be refunded.
- We will not accept more people than specified in the room description - two adults + two children under 12 years old, in room no. 2 - only two people.
- Staying with dogs is possible only by prior agreement and ensuring cleanliness and silence, as well as the fact that you will never leave your pet alone in the apartment. We will not accept other animals.
- Smoking, storing bicycles, cleaning fish and crushing insects on the walls are strictly prohibited in the rooms - you risk a fine of 150 euros and eviction without refund.
