A cozy and spacious three-room apartment, perfect for family vacations or gatherings with friends. This 55 m² property is conveniently located just minutes away from the center of Klaipėda. A mere 5-minute walk takes you to the "Vėtrungė" shopping center, while "Akropolis" is just 10 minutes away. The surrounding area offers opportunities for peaceful walks in the park and easy access to the old town, where you can reach the Dane waterfront and cruise ship terminal.

The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and is designed for comfortable relaxation. It features two separate bedrooms with double beds, along with a living room that includes a comfy sofa bed. Fresh linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, internet, TV, and a balcony for enjoying morning coffee or evening relaxation ensure a pleasant stay.

The strategically convenient location provides easy access to various entertainment and services. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find public transport stops, and the old town offers a wealth of cultural and culinary experiences. Additionally, you can take a ferry to Smiltynė and enjoy the sea and nature.

Free parking is available on-site, adding extra convenience for guests arriving by car. Prices during the summer season range from €65 to €75 per night, while holiday rates start at €85. Please note that prices may vary during holiday periods and peak seasons.

Reservations are confirmed with an advance payment: for short stays (2–3 nights), a fee equal to one night’s stay is required, while a 50% deposit is needed for longer stays. The advance is refundable only if the host is unable to provide accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances. The minimum rental period is 2 nights.

It is important to note that the apartment is not rented for parties, groups of young people, or minors. Tenants are responsible for any damage to the property, and quiet hours are enforced from 21:00 to 08:00. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony, and failure to adhere to these rules may result in a €200 fine.
