A well-maintained and modern one-room apartment is situated in the heart of Šiauliai, catering to both short and long-term stays. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for comfortable living, including a neat interior and modern amenities.

The spacious room features a pull-out corner sofa that comfortably accommodates two people, along with a fold-out single bed. This ensures that up to three guests can stay here. The fully-equipped kitchen allows for immediate meal preparation, furnished with dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans.

The apartment also offers all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, and stove. For entertainment, a flat-screen television and complimentary WiFi are available.

The location of the apartment is exceptionally convenient. Just 800 meters from Lake Talkša, 900 meters to the city Boulevard, and 450 meters to Central Park, this is a great spot for walks and leisure. Nearby, you will find numerous shops such as LIDL, Maxima, and Norfa, all within 200-300 meters.

The apartment does not have a balcony, thus we cannot accommodate smokers. Additionally, according to Lithuanian law, noise is strictly prohibited from 7 PM to 7 AM. We do not accept bookings for parties, and tenants are responsible for any complaints from neighbors.

A deposit of 50 EUR is required prior to departure, refundable if no material damage occurs in the apartment. This apartment truly offers comfort and convenience, making it feel like home.
