The apartment features a double bed and a sofa bed, providing everything needed for a short or longer stay.

Within a 300-meter radius, there are three shopping centers: “NORFA,” “LIDL,” and “IKI.” You can also find a bar and the “NEW MARKET” nearby, where you can enjoy local culture. The surrounding park, with its water bodies and biking and walking paths, is perfect for leisure time, and the bus stop ensures easy access to other parts of the city.

The apartment is equipped with a bath, shower, kitchen, internet, and television, making it feel like home. These amenities allow for a relaxing time after a long day or simply enjoying moments with loved ones.

Prices are affordable and vary depending on the length of stay. For 1-2 hours, the price is 25 euros, while for 3 hours and more, it is 30 euros. Additionally, for longer stays, the rate is 30 euros per day for two people, plus 5 euros for an additional person.

During the summer season, starting from July 1st, reservations can be made for a minimum of 7 nights, with a rate of 30 euros per person per day, plus 5 euros for an additional person. Reservations can only be made with a deposit.
