On the first floor, you will find a spacious room with a terrace, a kitchen, a toilet, and shower facilities. The second floor features two cozy bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, as well as a separate toilet and shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, from a refrigerator and stove to dishes and utensils.

The property includes outdoor furniture on the terraces and balconies, as well as a barbecue, perfect for outdoor cooking. The rooms are equipped with a television, bed linen, and towels, and an additional bed can be provided upon request.

The territory is well-lit and fenced, ensuring the safety of your vehicle. Additionally, the nearby Šventoji River offers fishing opportunities, and you can enjoy barbecuing in the outdoor gazebo with friends or family.

It’s just a minute's walk to the Šventoji River and about 5-7 minutes to the town center and the beach.

To reserve the cottage, a 30% advance payment of the total rental price is required. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival. The payment is non-refundable if guests depart earlier than the booked period.

The internal rules of the cottage require maintaining cleanliness and order, no smoking indoors, and guests are responsible for any damage caused. Quiet hours start at 10 PM, so we invite you to respect neighbors and the environment.
