Modernly furnished apartments offer a comfortable stay in Kunigiškės, just 400 meters from the Baltic Sea. In this peaceful environment, located in the "Čiki Puki Pajūrys" quarter, you can enjoy forest views that ensure tranquility and comfort.

The two-room apartments can accommodate up to six guests. They are equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, including modern appliances such as a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Additionally, the apartments feature a spacious balcony where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.

One of the main advantages of this property is the heated outdoor pool, with a temperature of 21–22 °C. It’s a great spot for both children and adults looking to cool off on hot days. There is also a children's playground, outdoor gym equipment, and a grill area where you can spend time with family and friends.

Nearby, you will find the "Purslai" bar offering drinks and snacks, and for active leisure enthusiasts, there are running and cycling paths. Scooters can be rented in advance, and for an additional fee, a sauna is available. Families with small children can request a playpen and high chair.

Regarding rental conditions, the minimum booking period is 3 days, with prices starting at 100 EUR per night during the season. Longer rental periods can be negotiated individually. We can issue a VAT invoice if needed.

Reservations are confirmed with a 30% deposit. If you cancel your reservation at least two weeks before arrival, the deposit will be refunded. The remaining amount can be paid in cash or by bank transfer one day before arrival. The apartments come with one free parking space.
