Booking
The fastest and the most reliable way to enjoy the pleasures of the Beauty Therapy Room at your desired time, is to book in advance over the phone: +37063950981, or by email; grozionamai.kl@gmail.com. This way, you will be able to enjoy the treatments and massages even during the "hot" hours, which occur in the evenings, on the weekends, or public holidays. When booking, you are kindly requested to leave your contact details with us.

Cancellations
If you have to cancel your booking for any unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.  This will enable us to reach out to other customers who would like to take your place.

Running Late
Unfortunately, being late for treatments causes major inconveniences for the staff and other customers, therefore you are kindly requested to come on time to the scheduled treatments or visits to the Beauty Therapy Room.  If you are late, we can not guarantee that we will be able to prolong the time of your treatment. so we would like to recommend arriving 5 minutes before your treatment.

 

Current Health Condition

If you are experiencing at least one of the symptoms of a cold (runny nose, sore throat, cough, chills, fever, herpes) as well as indigestion (abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, etc.) please cancel your procedure as soon as possible by informing us by phone +37063950981 or by SMS.  

If you have come in contact with a person that has Covid-19, another contagious disease, or if you are required to self-isolate, please let us know as soon as possible. Based on your wishes, we will cancel or transfer your visit for a later date. Let’s protect both our own and each other's health.

General Health Concerns
In order to protect your health, you are kindly requested to inform us about any injuries, chronic illnesses or allergies. Should you feel unwell during a treatment, immediately inform your treating specialist!  Before the procedure, our specialist will acquaint you with the course of the procedure and the possible contraindications. Your well-being is important to us, so we invite you to express all of your wishes.

Your Comfort
Do not ignore your sensations during treatments. Light, music, temperature, and even communication with your treatment specialist affects your general well being. We will always respond to your requests.

Payment
Payments are usually made after your treatment has been completed, but if you would care to pay in advance, please let us know anytime before your treatment begins. 

Confidentiality
Your information is confidential and it will not be disclosed to third parties.  Any information received during your treatments with us is also kept strictly confidential.

The Beauty Therapy Room has the right to refuse serving customers who roughly breach the ethics of conduct.  This includes those who are intoxicated with alcohol or drug substances, and anyone that is aggressive or abusive.
